GRILLED CHEESE: The Grilled Cheese Invitational was huge! Dr. Easy and I had a great time playing music all day. I managed to stay awake long enough to DJ the staff-only afterparty as well. Talked to Tim Walker about last year's event as well as next year's. Hopefully I will be invited back yet again to provide music.

It was pretty amusing, spending a few days prepping fanfares and schedules, only to have it all devour itself at the end of the day. We all had a great time, and were able to laugh at the chaos of it all. THAT is the kind of event I enjoy working!

GROUND CONTROL: Things have been picking up with Ground Control. If you haven't been or don't know what I'm talking about, check out the website. It's a Monday night karaoke event I do over at Jewel's Catch One. Business is picking up, and I'm hoping to have to reopen a second room by the time summer rolls around....

THEORY RADIO: My show has been on again / off again. Fate occasionally conspires against me. This coming Friday will be no exception, as I'm taking a short trip out of town for the weekend. I have a ton of new music to sift through anyways, so it's probably for the best.
